教材分析

本单元学习的主要内容是通过对话、活动、游戏文本等复习和巩固1~3单元的主要句型及词汇以及字母组合er, ir, ur, ar, al的发音规则。

教学目标

知识与能力目标:

·能够听、说、认读并在实际情景中运用1~3单元的核心句型

·能够在情景中运用句型“—Where is the library? —It’s on the first floor.” “—Is this the teachers’ office? —Yes, it is./No, it isn’t.”询问地点并进行回应

·能够在情景中运用句型“—What time?/What time is it now? —It’s 3:40. It’s time to go!”询问时间并进行回应

·能够运用句型“—What’s the weather like today? —It’s cold outside. It’s windy.” 询问或介绍天气情况

·能够按照意群朗读课文

·能够在图片的提示下补全句子

·能够听、说、认读并在实际情景中运用1~3单元有关各类教室、气候特点、天气情况、日常活动的单词或短语

·能够掌握1~3单元中er, ir/ur, ar/al的发音规则

·能够读出符合发音规则的单词;并能根据发音拼写出符合发音规则的单词

情感态度、文化意识、学习策略目标:

·能够细心观察生活,制定健康的生活作息时间表,并根据不同的天气情况更换衣服,做好防寒防热的准备

1.预习《状元大课堂》《创优作业100分》《状元作业本》中本课时的相关内容。

2. PPT课件、课文录音、视频等。

课件播放教材第一单元A部分的Let's do板块内容和教案中第二单元的Let's chant,帮助学生复习相关词汇和句型,激活学生的已有知识。

▶教学过程

Step 1: Pre-task①

1. Greetings.

2. Let’s do

Look at the pictures and the context in “Let’s do” of Unit 1.(出示课件) Read the sentences and do the actions.

3. Let’s chant.

Students read the chant together. (课件出示:教案Unit 2第五课时中的chant内容)

通过问题引导学生观察并讨论图片,借助图片预测教学内容,培养学生的观察能力和逻辑推理能力。

1. Look and predict.②

Show the pictures in the book to students.(出示课件:教材P35五张图片)Ask students to look at the pictures carefully. Ask some questions to lead them to predict the main idea of the dialogue.

The questions are like these:

① How many people are there? Who are they?

② Where are they?

③ Where are they going?

引导学生带着问题观看文本动画,整体感知文本,获取有用信息。

2. Watch and choose.③

Play a video of a show. Let students watch the video. (课件出示: 少儿服装秀视频)

T: Do you want to watch a show?

Ss: Yes!

T: Sarah and her friend want to watch a show, too. When and where is the show? Let’s watch it and choose the right answers.

Show some questions on the PPT.

Play the cartoon of Sarah and her friend. (课件出示:教材P32的视频)

Students watch the cartoon and try to choose the answers.

分步出示图片,教师借助问题逐步引导学生结合图片理解文本,复习前面学过的重点句型。

Show the first picture to students. (出示课件)

T: What time is the show?

Ss: At 4 o’clock.

Show the second picture to students. (出示课件)

T: What time is it now?

Ss: It’s 3:40.

Show the third picture to students. (出示课件)

T: What’s the weather like now?

Ss: It’s windy. It’s cold outside.

T: Yes, it’s windy and cold outside. We should wear warm clothes. What does Sarah wear?

Point to the picture of the jacket and write down the word “jacket” on the blackboard. Asks students to learn to read the word.

Show the fourth picture to students and ask them two questions. (出示课件)

Q1: What’s the weather like now? (It’s rainy.)

Q2: Where’s the library? (It’s on the first floor.)

Write down the sentences on the blackboard.

Show the last picture to students. (出示课件)

T: Do they watch the show?

Ss: No.

T: Why? … Because the show is cancelled.

通过给图片排序和将图片与文本配对的活动帮助学生更好地捋清思路、理解文本。

Help students understand the word “cancelled”.

Show all the pictures of the dialogue (课件出示:教材P32的图片). Students try to put them in order.

引导学生按照正确的语音、语调及意群朗读对话,并进行角色扮演,提高其语篇输出的能力。

Show the sentences of the dialogue. (课件出示:教材P32的句子及图片) Let students try to read the sentences and match them with the pictures.

(1) Play the recording. (出示课件) Asks students to read after the recording and pay attention to the pronunciation and the intonation.

(2) Let students practice the dialogue in groups.

(3) Act out.

通过活动帮助学生进一步巩固1~3单元字母组合的发音规则。

(1) Students read the letter combinations on page 33 of the book one by one.

(2) Play the recording.(出示课件)Students try to circle the right letter combinations in the words they hear.

通过图片创设自然真实的情景,让学生在情景中合理运用1~3单元所学语言进行问答练习,培养学生的综合语言运用能力。

(3) Then match the letter combinations that are circled with the pictures.
