1.呈现:
对于第一次出现的事物学生总是比较关注的,我们要十分重视字母的第一次呈现。在教学中可以借助多媒体动画,比如:字母A,可以由一座大山逐渐变化而成。字母h可以由一把椅子逐渐变成等等,学生的视觉受到强烈的刺激,大脑皮层十分兴奋,此时的记忆效果最好。我们还可以编一些儿歌,如:大写M像高山,两座高山肩并肩;大写N三兄弟,手牵手不分离。
2.操练:
字母操练一般以机械操练为主,为了使操练不枯燥,我们可以采用游戏的形式。
[案例1] “What’s miing?”游戏
学了几个字母以后,把字母卡片放在一起让学生认读,然后抽去其中的一张,让学生寻找:“What’s miing?”此时,学生注意力高度集中,急于表现自己,识记的效果就会更好。
[案例2] “左邻右舍”游戏
学生准备好已经学过的字母卡片,教师出示一个字母,让学生找出它的左邻右舍,请找到的几个学生快速把字母拿到讲台上站在相应的位置上,其余的学生一起认读这几个字母。
[案例3] “分家”游戏
在讲台前先画好两个大圆,一个代表capital letters, 一个代表small letters。小组的每一个成员都拿着一张大写或小写的字母卡片,教师一声令下,学生忙着找自己的家,其余学生作评委,正确的就齐声朗读,错误的就说声“Sorry”。还可以把字母按笔画的多少来分类,一笔的、二笔的、三笔的,分别有不同的家。在字母的书写阶段,教师可以采用不同的方式指导学生书写,如:用手指书空,写在课桌上,文具上,窗户上等等;可以用不同的身体部位写:下巴写,用脚在地板上写;可以同桌两人在手心手背上写,闭上眼睛猜猜写的是什么字母。在四线三格中的书写,教师还可以借助儿歌帮助学生掌握,如:英语书写,四线三格,大写字母上两格,不顶格;小写字母认准格, 撑满格。
3.巩固拓展
在字母的巩固阶段,教师可以帮助学生进行26个字母的发音归类,总结五个元音字母与其他一些字母的关系。通过歌曲、游戏加深记忆。

关于组织参加河北省小学英语教学
设计评比的通知
各乡(镇)中心校、实验学校:
为深化基础教育外语教育课程改革,落实教育部颁布的外语课程标准新精神,引导小学外语教师进一步深入理解新课程理念,转变教育和教学观念,积极探索外语教学的新途径、新方法,河北省教科所决定开展小学英语教师教学设计评选活动。本次大赛旨在结合课程和教学改革精神,增强外语教师的学设计意识并发展教学设计能力,提高小学外语教学质量,促进教师专业发展。经研究决定,我县统一组织参加此次大赛。现将有关事宜通知如下:
一、参赛对象
全县范围内的小学英语教师均可自愿报名参加。
二、报送与评选要求
1.教学设计范围:冀教:一册13课、三册4课、5册30课、八册10课
人教:六册 unit 4.what are you doing ?
参评教师需按照指定内容准备教学设计,否则不予参评。
2.名额分配:每单位报送1份教学设计,教研室组织评选3-5名教师参加市级比赛。
三、参评内容 1.设计思想:
参评教师应整体把握单元内容和结构,针对所抽取的内容和课型描述所设计课在教学中的功能;分析学生认知特点和水平,预设学生在听、说、读、写学习过程中可能会遇到的难点,提出解决难点的方
案及设计原理和意图;通过分析学生的起点技能,预期学生在教学后将会有何变化来设计具体的教学目标;通过何种方式呈现教学内容,唤起学生好奇心,激起学生对先决知识和技能的回忆;提供何种学习指导,通过什么方式予以落实;确定教学活动顺序;提出检测学生学习效果的反馈方案;将教学内容与生活相联系,设计任务和语境。
2.教学设计 参赛教学设计作品为1课时的教学活动。以word文档文件为主,同时须提供教学ppt课件。教学设计以中文为主,涉及目标语言时可用目标语言。正文4,000--5,000字为宜,具体包含内容如下:

②教学背景分析
③教学目标分析
④教学重点、难点分析
⑤教学过程设计
⑥教学评价设计
每种课型要求设计出一个完整的教学方案。每个教案包括课题、课型、教学目标、教学方法、教学步骤、时间安排、教学手段、教学活动设计、补充教学资源及出处等环节。要特别对当堂课要落实的目标、教学活动的设计意图、补充资源所起作用以及如何在课堂上对学生掌握和运用知识程度的有效检测等内容进行详细描述。
四、时间安排及评审费用:
1、各单位务于2013年6月30日前报送参评教学设计电子文稿、2.报市参评教师交评审费50元。
五、其他事宜
1.请参评教师确保报送的教学设计未经发表或出版,严禁抄袭。抄袭者将被列入不诚信名单,今后不再接受其参与任何评比活动,并通知本人单位。每位参评教师按照要求填写河北省小学英语教师教学设计评选承诺书(见附件)
2.为广泛推介教学改革成果,本次活动将对报送教学设计进行专题研究和全面展示,并拟组织整理、编辑、集印成册发表或上传省教科所网站供广大英语教师参考。凡报送参评者,视为同意上述活动。

教案是教学设计的文字体现,有相对的格式与要求。教案的格式主要包括文字叙述式、表格式两种。
1.文字叙述式
这是一种基本上全部以文字形式呈现出来的教案形式,在日常教学的应用最为广泛。
2.表格式
这是一种经常出现的教案形式,一般有学校发给教师。
(二)主要内容
上课的重要依据,通常包括:班级、学科、课题、上课时间、课的类型、教学方法、教学目的、教学内容、课的进程和时间分配等。有的还列有教具和现 代化教学手段(如电影、投影、录像、录音等)的使用、作业题、板书设计和课后自我反思与评价等项目。由于学科和教材的性质﹑教学目的和课的类型不同,教学 设计不必具有固定的形式。

(三)主要作用:
1.教学活动的依据
教学过程是由教师的教和学生的学所组成的双边活动过程。如果不认真做教学设计,教学过程中必然目标模糊,心中无数,要求不当,随心所欲,而最终无法取得好的教学效果。
2.有利于教学水平的提高
在这个过程中,教师不仅要研究教材的知识体系、学生学习教材的状况(接受水平、心理特点和思维规律),而且要按照课程标准的精神,分析教材的编 写意图和教材特点,分析教材的知识结构、体系和深广度,特别是要以整体为背景,分析各部分教材的特点,明确教材的要求,教材的重点难点,分析知识的价值功 能,酝酿设计教学过程,确定教学方法。教学水平的提高,在很大程度上取决于对教材的钻研。
