行政人事经理岗位职责

一、为保证酒店经营目标的实现,做好工作安排与员工的有效运用,负责制定酒店“组织体系表”,定期检查修订。

二、对各部门可设岗位及可用工人数予以规定,订立各部门“定额编制表”,每月视情况检查修订,控制人事预标。

三、根据编制,负责定期召开酒店人力检查会,对现有人员适职与否,流动率、缺勤情况及储备需求人力作出正确的调查、了解,作为人力来源的参政依据。

四、负责酒店员工的招聘和调配。

五、负责建立一般员工的人事档案及工作业绩档案,组织对员工转正、晋升、降职、晋级等的考核工作。

六、编制每月工资报表并配合财务部审核酒店工资发放表。 七、负责酒店员工的日常考勤,对出现的异常进行追踪处理及罚款的具体执行。

八、负责办理健康证、暂住证、外来务工人员就业证、流动人口计划生育证等证件。

九、负责员工的劳动合同的签订工作。

十、负责员工调动、辞职、辞退等有关人事异动手续的办理工作。 十一、负责办理酒店员工的社会保险。

十二、负责新进员工的岗前培训及组织在岗人员的在职训练与专业训练等。

十三、负责处理劳务纠纷。

十四、为各部门提供人事的良好服务,以协助提高各部门专业的工作效率。

十五、负责对外良好公共关系的建立与发展。 十六、了解并掌握员工思想状况。十七、承办上级主管临时交付的事项。
