In that era，since the Internet was not developed, many traditional Chinese cultures were not understood by other countries.Therefore，a lawsuit was brought, which led to the breakdown of a family and the separation of the children from their parents. The ending is happy. Owing to the help of a friend, the U.S. Child Protection Agency canceled the lawsuit and the family get together again.We can find that this film reflects many profound issues. What matters is the clash of cultural differences between the two countries. The hero in the film is still exposed as the logic of eastern society. For example, one point is that American parents think it is enough for their child to just admit mistake while Chinese parents must teach their children in front of the American parents. The other point is that Chinese only like to find acquaintances instead of an excellent one. Now we take the difference between Chinese medicine and western medicine as an example.Firstly，western medicine will provide an objective and rigorous detailed quantitative data report, which is based on modern human anatomy, cellular microbiology, histopathology, and modern advanced detection equipment and so on. In addition，western medicine is the embodiment of many disciplines，having a complete，systematic and theoretical system. Finally，western medicine focuses on local parts and microcosmic aspects. It is common for them to consider that the structure of the human body is very subtle and sophisticated.In contrast，traditional Chinese medicine is more like subjective judgment，which relies on the personal ability and experience. It is based on the traditional Chinese culture and philosophy, such as the theory of Yin and Yang, Five Elements, Tibetan images，channels and so on. Moreover，it is a brainchild of ancient philosophy and a complete as well as systematic theory system of traditional Chinese medicine. The last point is that Chinese medicine does not pay attention to microcosm but to macrocosm with a whole view. Traditional Chinese medicine focuses on function of the body.In any case, they both play a role on the medical field.
