I. Analysis of the Teaching Material
本课以Carol农场游为话题,以谈论郊游感受和所见所做为主。在本课中,学生学习一部分农场相关单词和部分农场活动短语,以及动词过去式谈论农场活动句型。本课是该单元的第一课时,以听说为主。1a 视觉输入,通过主题图导入整个单元的语境和话题;引入本节课的重点词汇。1b 通过听力输入本单元的目标语言;再次巩固重点词汇并引入本节课的核心句型。1c 运用本节课的重点词汇和核心句型操练巩固,进行语言输出。各环节之间的联系:导入——听力输入——语言输出。
II. Analysis of the Students
郊游是学生放松和亲近大自然的方式之一,对于郊游这一话题,同学们应该非常感兴趣。语言知识上,学生学习过How is...? It is great/good/terrible.的特殊疑问;Do you ...?Yes , Ido. /No , I don’t.句型。对一些农场的词汇有所了解。但该班学生基础差,底子薄,开口难,在英语课堂上的积极程度不高,单词发音不标准,本课将利用音标规范单词发音,利用语境和活动激发学生的兴趣。

1.学生能够通过识图,拼读,识记词汇:farm,farmer,farming;horse,cow,chicken,rode,milked,went,fed,talked,took,was,were,saw.
2.运用动词短语(过去式):go for a walk,milk a cow,talk with a farmer,take photos,feed chickens;ride a horse 描述在农场发生的活动。掌握How was...? It was great/good/terrible.的特殊疑问;Did you ...?Yes , I did. /No , I didn’t.句型提问及回答,并能进行交际。

学生能利用音标学习单词发音并通过拼读规则识记单词;能利用图片对听力内容进行预测;总结动词 过去式变化规则。
