听了刘总刚才的报告，我们都很兴奋、特别的鼓舞，咱们公司由土建转型水利转型的特别成功，咱们公司虽然不是水利专业的公司，但是在董事长和刘总的领导下，能拿下两个标段太不简单了，足以证明咱们的技术经济和人脉的强硬实力。接下来会有更多大的标段中标，绥滨县的水利工程，今年基础打的特别的好，20xx年
开板就抢进度、雷诺、水稳、混凝土路面，一环套一环的抓下去，必须按时完成任务，就今年经济效益而言，也是令人高兴的，说实话，在目前的国家形势下，我们能有这么好的项目，能挣这么多的钱，实属难得。
回顾20xx年，9月22日我进入项目部，加入这个团
队后，感觉大家都很辛苦和卖力气，开始和庄哥放大线，天天都很忙碌，25公里战线长，路途远，10月3日雷诺开工，领导定下来我分管雷诺，负责雷诺的现场技术和放大线，从学习，成长，熟练，这几个阶段走过来，无论是从自身的技术和管理都得到了锻炼和成长，分管的雷诺有6个施工队，来自本省的各个市县，每天开着项目指挥车从16+570开始
