奋斗无悔
人生在世，“奋斗”二字。作为一个顶天立地的人，你要无怨无悔地走完自己的人生历程。怎样才能充实地走完这段历程，这是一个值得思考的问题。是碌碌无为，虚度韶华？还是踏踏实实，拼搏奋斗？这取决于自己。是成为笑傲天穹的精灵，还是成为陆地上平庸的小丑，一切的一切还是由自己决定。光阴似箭催人老，日月如梭趱少年。光阴何其短暂！光阴何其宝贵！当人们还没省悟过来之时，时间老人早已蹒跚地走过了一个又一个人生巷口。倘若你不抓紧时间，奋斗进取，拼搏出属于自己的一片天地，那么你将会是一个既可悲又可怜的人。因为你的人生画卷是如此得空白，如此得缺乏光彩。本来应该由你涂抹的画卷，却因为你的虚度而被白白地弃用。你自己说到底可悲不可悲？ 铸剑师十年磨一剑，为的就是“剑快至倚天”的境界。削发如泥者，利也。漫长的十年，在铸剑师眼里是那样短暂，因为他早已将岁月忽略，遗忘，在自我构筑的碉堡中精心研究铸剑。可以这样说，他没有浪费光阴，他可以自豪地说，“为了一剑活十年，我无怨无悔！”然而在生活中这样的人少之又少。君不见张明接二连三跳槽，君不见李帆天长日久搞网恋，君不见马涛灯红酒绿分外甜。在浮躁的社会形态下，他们能够安心下来，搞点事业也就不错了，怎么敢奢望他们“十年磨一剑”！“奋斗”二字，意蕴无穷。为了理想，你务实进取实干，这是奋斗;为了父母家人，你拼搏职场，身兼数职，这也是奋斗;为了贫穷的学童再现校园，你奔走呼告，游走街头，这更是
奋斗。与其任而白白流逝，倒不如抓住它，好好利用一番。相信成功总是喜欢垂青这类人的。
若干年后，当步入暮年，你可以对自己说，“我的青春没有虚度，我的人生终于有所成就，我高兴，我自豪。”这是一个理想的结果，事实上许多人到老的时候，往往感到很失落，很无奈。青春无悔对他们来说只能是个谎言。中年无所建树，让他们后悔莫及。凡世没有后悔药，一错过成千古恨，再回首已百年身。人生之悔莫过于此。
人生若白驹过隙，忽然而已。岁月匆匆，无情地流逝着。我们应该静下心来，抓住时间的尾巴，乘风破浪，直挂云帆，享受搏击沧海的乐趣。相信在离世的时候，我们能够平静地说，“我来过，我无悔，我快乐。” 不要将遗憾留下，抓紧时间奋斗吧！
奋斗成就梦想
奋斗是种子冲破泥土的冲劲；奋斗是流水冲击岩石的动力；奋斗是阳光撒满大地的精华；奋斗是火箭直冲云霄的硕果．
生活在社会中，我们不应安于现状，对现在所拥有或所期盼的事情感到知足，为此而失去积极向上，勇敢攀登的动力．那么你的生命将会从系衰落，人生也会变得暗淡无光，不要为了现在一点的成就而放弃了你那份应有的奋斗拼搏精神；不要为了这棵树而放弃那片茂密葱郁的森林．在任何时候都应看清楚自己最终想要什么，不要被暂时名利所蒙蔽自己那份坚持不懈勇敢拼搏的精神．
在人生道路上，的确有很多这类人，他们为了享乐追求时尚，沉醉于桃花源记般梦幻中的网络世界，像吸取毒品般陷入不能自拔的地步，使自己消极，对人生失望悲观，这种是自身引发的消极表现，也是我们不应倡导的．我们生活在这个花花世界中，各种事物都不断更新，什么事物也与时俱近，同时我们的思想也因如此，只有这样，我们保持那分奋斗拼搏的精神，才对人生充满失望，积极乐观的人生观是我们奋斗的基础．只要我们奋斗，为成功奋斗，为未来奋斗，为梦想奋斗，这样我们的人生才不会白白流逝，才会过的满足．奋斗是成就梦想的前提，只有你拥有了一个自己想得到的东西，自己想达到的梦想，那么这份奋斗精神就会换成你前进积极进取的动力，因此奋斗与梦想是紧密相连的，只要用了奋斗精神，还怕梦想不能实现吗？当今社会就有很多例子：就如：刘翔获得１１０米栏的世界冠军，这就是他奋斗的结果，要是他不会坚持信念相信自己拼搏奋斗，为梦想而全力以赴，突破梦想，超越自己，那么他还会得到冠军么？他还能奋斗不熄吗？的确奋斗是一个人积极向上的表现，只有你拥有你奋斗精神，成功与关键，重视奋斗精神吧！不要因它只是一种精神而忽视它，不要因为它在你眼中不气眼而看不起它．我们每时每刻都要奋斗，就像在我们的学习中，如果你只凭着自己平时自认为好的成绩而不为再最远大的目标而奋斗，就此荒废学业，那么你最终将会落后与别人，成绩也将一落千丈，不要为了霎时间的荣耀，成功就此失去奋斗的精神．我们要向孙中山那样越败越勇，吸取经验，取得胜利！
梦想是天空中翱翔的雄鹰，梦想是空中飞舞的风筝，而奋斗则是雄鹰的翅膀，放飞风筝的绳索，他们互相缠绕，缺一不可！

今天很高兴站在这里，为大家讲话。今天我要演讲的主题是“奋斗”

大家好！
首先我想给大家讲一个故事：
曾经在非洲的森林里，有四个探险队员来探险，他们拖着一只沉重的箱子，在森林里踉跄地前进着。眼看他们即将完成任务，就在这时，队长突然病倒了，只能永远地呆在森林里。在队员们离开他之前，队长把箱子交给了他们，告诉他们说：请他们出森林后，把箱子交给一位朋友，他们会得到比黄金重要的东西。
三名队员答应了请求，扛着箱子上路了，前面的路很泥泞，很难走。他们有很多次想放弃，但为了得到比黄金更重要的东西，便拼命走着。终于有一天，他们走出了无边的绿色，把这只沉重的箱子拿给了队长的朋友，可那位朋友却表示一无所知。结果他们打开箱子一看，里面全是木头，根本没有比黄金贵重的东西，也许那些木头也一文不值。难道他们真的什么都没有得到吗？
不，他们得到了一个比金子贵重的东西——生命。如果没有队长的话鼓励他们，他们就没有了目标，他们就不会去为之奋斗。
我们需要理想，我们更需要为理想而奋斗！
理想并不是参天大树，而是一颗小种子，需要你去播种，去耕耘；理想并不是一片绿洲，而是一片荒漠，需要你在上面栽种上绿色。如果你想成为老师，你就要衣带渐宽终不悔，为伊消得人憔悴；如果你要想成为社会的有用之材，你就要闻鸡起舞，醉里挑灯看剑?? 理想并不是没有目的的去空想，而是需要以奋斗为基石，没有理想的奋斗是不明智的，不去奋斗的理想同样也是无用的，同学们，要想实现你心中的那个梦想，就行动起来吧，去为之努力，为之奋斗，这样你的理想才会实现，才会成为现实。
纵观历史长廊，上面的成功者决非一帆风顺。可是他们无一例外地为着自己的理想和事业，竭尽全力，奋斗不息。孔子周游列国，四处碰壁，乃悟出《春秋》；左氏失明后方写下《左传》；孙膑断足后，终修《孙膑兵法》；司马迁蒙冤入狱，坚持完成了《史记》；伟人们在失败和困顿中，用不屈服，立志奋斗，终于达到成功的彼岸。
而在现实生活中，理想与奋斗同样很重要：我有一位学习并不好的同学，他的数学尤其很差。但他下定决心：中考数学一定要及格。从他下定决心，有了理想后，他便开始努力，他坚持“每天十道题，从头做起”。也许很多想考及格的同学都曾有过目标，但他们并没有为之去努力，最后也都无奈地接受了事实。而这位同学却为自己的目标而奋斗，我相信在明年的6月24号，他不会遗憾，因为他可以理直气壮地说：我有过理想，奋斗了，我不遗憾！也许我们曾经也都立下了各种目标，从小就有了各种理想，但你为它们奋斗，努力了吗？如果有，那么你的理想迟早会成为现实，如果没有，那么就快行动起来吧，这样你的理想同样会实现。
理想是花，需要奋斗的汗水来浇灌；
理想是树，需要奋斗的土壤来培育，理想是森林，需要奋斗的生机来装扮；
理想是海洋，需要奋斗的沉静来点缀。
有了理想，为之奋斗，也许我们没有得到任何东西，但我们会到最后勇敢的说：我奋斗了，我不后悔！

勤学之路，并不总是一帆风顺的，我们会遭遇困境。但是，请记住，勤奋和努力永远是我们追求的方向，千万不要知难而退。当我们失去学习的动力时，我们应该静下心来好好想想，想想每天都照顾我们、为我们操劳的父母们，他们是多么期望我们能够能够学有所成；想想每天为我们排忧解难的老师们，他们在默默期盼我们成功；想想与我们一起学习和成长的同学们，当我们离开初中校园的时候，我们该彼此留下一个勤奋学习的背影。
“天道酬勤”，这是指一个人成功的自然规律，它决不亏待勤奋的人。一个不愿付出艰苦劳动的人，一个甚至不肯挥洒汗水的人，只能虚度年华，空白了少年头。人类历史创造了两类天才：一类聪明绝顶，一类终生勤奋。而历史对后者格外垂青。因此，在历史的长河中，你若立志创造一番事业，立志成才，那么，勤奋之舟则是万万不能弃之不用的。俞敏洪曾经说：“如果我们的生命不能留下一些可以让自己热泪盈眶的日子，那么生命就是白过的。”对我们学生活而言，同样是如此。要做到这一点并不容易，这就需要我们时刻牢记，世上无难事，时刻铭记世上没有免费的午餐，时刻坚信付出就有回报，时刻不忘宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来的古训。
最后，我想用《周易》里的一句话作为结语，与同学共勉： 天行健，君子以自强不息；

“早岁哪知世事艰”，由于我们的生活环境过于舒适，许多学生走向了生活的误区：抛开学习，追求时髦，沉迷旧梦，徘徊不前。孰不知世界上最快又最慢，最长又最短，最平凡而又最珍贵，最易忽视又最易令人后悔的是时间。古今中外，凡是为人类做出杰出贡献的人，都是从把握今天起步的。只有缺乏意志，毫无志向的人，才认为今天的事情没做完，明天还可以继续做。由于这种错误想法，许多同学把今天应做完的事一拖再拖，不知失去了多少个“今天”。宋代大学问家朱熹的一首诗：“少年易学老难成,一寸光阴不可轻。未觉池塘春早梦，阶前梧叶以秋声。”告诫我们应该把握今天，努力学习。
同学们，我们在市一中这个知识王国里，沐浴这新世纪的阳光雨露，享受着全市一流的学习环境，利用着全市一流的教学设施，接受着全市一流园丁的栽培，我们没有任何理由抛开学习而追求时髦，没有任何理由沉迷旧梦而徘徊不前。
我们伟大的祖国正发生着翻天覆地的变化，几代人的目光落在了我们身上。要想振兴五千年的中华，要想捧起一轮滚烫繁荣东方红日，就需要我们把握今天，努力学习。我们应在旭日升起时就投入到紧张的学习中去，而不是在夕阳下山时去幻想明天会出现什么奇迹。只要我们脚踏实地，持之以恒，把握好今天，美好的明天一定会属于我们。

今天我讲话的主题是：抓紧时间 努力学习
少年是搏击风浪的船，昂扬、潇洒，学习则是船的动力。作为少一代的我们，应抓紧时间，持之以恒，努力学习，扬帆起航。今天的我们，应放飞自己的青春，用勤劳的汗水铺就未来的成功之路。
也许我们已经输在起跑线上，但是决不能再让自己输在终点。后天的勤奋可以弥补先天的不足，珍惜现在的每一刻，努力获取知识，使自己拥有亮丽的人生。每个人都有自己鲜活的梦想，相信，梦有多远，我们就能走多远。
新春佳节刚刚过去，这是最容易松懈的时候，我们必须抓住这段易逝的时光，好好把握，将知识这闪光的宝石紧紧握在手中。
期中考试一天天临近，作为一名高年级小学生，我们更应学习鲁迅先生海绵挤水的精神，学习红军长征不怕苦，不怕累的精神，加倍努力，在接下来的一段时间里，进行扎实有效的复习，争取取得期中考试的全面丰收，为以后的学习奠定良好的基础，为升级考试建立我们应有的自信。
同学们，我们一起努力吧!让我们用热情拥抱未来，用青春谱写人生，用行动证明存在的价值吧!

有很多同学会说学习苦、累，或者我学不会我也考不好不想学了，这两种说法都是错误的。
首先，我无法否认学习之苦，学习之类，但甘守学习的苦才能享受学习的甜。在校园里，我们快乐地成长，为理想而奋斗!遨游学海，跋涉书山，知识上的满足给我们快乐;山重水复，曲径通幽，破解难题的柳暗花明给我们快乐;思想境界上的不断开阔，心灵上的不断净化给我们快乐。记得爱因斯坦曾说：千万不要把学习当成一个任务，而应该看成一个令人羡慕的机会。是的，只要我们不辞劳苦，敢于面对学习中的困难，你会发现，学习中自有情趣，更有快乐。
其实，每个人都不能绝对的说自己有多聪明多厉害，也没有人会认为自己是不聪明的，任何一个人的成功都是通过自己的努力学习获得的，如果不学习即使有天才的智慧也只是浪费，然而只要你努力了，成绩好坏并没什么关系。方仲永幼时是天资聪颖的神童，但他最终成为一个平凡的人，是因为他没有受到后天良好的教育。像他那样天生聪明，如此有才智的人，没有受到后天的教育，尚且要成为平凡的人，那我们呢?如果不学习，那不就连一个普通人都算不上了吗?
战国时有位名为苏秦的好学者，昼夜勤读，困倦时就用锥子扎自己的大腿，清醒后继续学习。晋代名士孙敬，昼夜苦读，唯恐困倦，就用绳系发悬在房梁上，瞌睡时把自己拽醒，继续学习。这两位最后都取得了伟大的成功。由此可见，努力学习是一个人成功的必经之路。

一个人偶尔的失败并不能说明什么，成绩的好坏更不能说明一个人的聪明，台湾著名作家琼瑶，小时候除了语文外，其他学科成绩并不好，有一次，数学考试他只考了20分，可是他并没有放弃自己，而是努力拼搏，最终取得了令人羡慕的成就。

大家早上好!今天我们演讲的主题是努力学习，只争朝夕。
年轻是搏击风浪的航船，昂扬潇洒。知识是青春航船的动力，永不衰竭。处在花季中的我们，应该抓紧时间，持之以恒，努力学习，只争朝夕。
为理想而努力，为将来而奋斗，先辈们为我们做出了榜样。
因为努力，安徒生从一个鞋匠的儿子成为童话王子;因为努力，罗曼•罗兰二十年的心血凝结成《约翰•克里斯多夫》;因为努力，巴尔扎克给人类留下了宝贵的文学遗产《人间喜剧》;还是由于努力，爱迪生才有一千多项伟大的科学发明;爱因斯坦才得以创立震惊世界的相对论;先贤古哲才给我们留下悬梁刺股、凿壁偷光、囊萤映雪的千古美谈。

爱因斯坦曾经说过：“在天才和勤奋之间，我毫不迟疑地选择勤奋”;卡莱尔更是激励我们：“天才就是无止境的刻苦勤奋的能力”。
长江后浪推前浪，就是我们的雄心;强中自有强中手，这是我们的豪情。让处于学习阶段的我们，像爱迪生、巴尔扎克那样刻苦努力、不懈追求，只有这样，我们才能在学习的道路上将一点一滴的知识积累，才能在人生的旅途中将一方一寸的风景珍藏;只有这样，我们才能实现自己的理想，让生命放射出灿烂耀眼的光芒。
然而，奋发进取并不能只是一朝一夕，要持之以恒，贵在“当下”。
中国共产党创始人李大钊曾说过：“我以为世界上最宝贵的是今天，最容易丧失的也是今天。正是因为它最容易丧失，所以更觉得它宝贵。”是啊，昨天已经过去，明天尚未到来，我们所能做的只有把握今天。
著名教育家班杰明曾接到一个青年人的求教电话，并约好了见面的时间和地点。待那个青年人如约而至时，眼前的景象却令他颇感意外，大教育家的房间里竟然乱七八糟，狼藉一片。没等青年人开口，班杰明就招呼道：“你看我这房间，太不整洁了，请你在门外等一分钟，我收拾一下你再进来吧。”说着，他就关上了门。班杰明又打开了房门，并热情地把青年人让进客厅。这时，青年人的眼前展现出另一番景象——房间内的一切已变得井然有序。可是，没等青年人把问题讲出来，班杰明就非常客气地说：“好吧，你可以走了。”青年人一下子愣住了，既尴尬又非常遗憾地说：“可是，我，我还没向您请教呢。”“这些，难道还不够吗?”班杰明一边扫视着自己的房间，一边微笑地说，“你进来已有一分钟了。”“一分钟?一分钟，”青年人若有所思地说，“噢，我懂了，您让我明白了一分钟的时间可以做许多事情，也可以改变许多事情的深刻道理。”向班杰明道谢后，海量资料分享

故事讲完了，很简单，却很耐人寻味。正像故事里所说的那样“一分钟里，我们可以丢掉很多事，一分钟里，我们也可以完成很多事。”一分钟看起来并不起眼，可是我们的人生就是这样由一个个一分钟组成，现在的一分钟很快就会成为过去，将来的一分钟也很快就会变成现在。所以同学们，珍惜时间，就必须从珍惜你的每一分钟做起，从现在做起。只有把握好你生命的每一分钟，你才能踏上成功之路，攀上理想之巅。到达成功的彼岸。
