东升镇2012年小学英语三至六年级手抄报比赛方案
活动目的：
为了提高小学生对英语国家节日文化的了解，为了提高学生的英语书写水平，丰富学生的课余生活，让学生通过收集资料，动手设计制作手抄报，发挥自己的想象力和创造力，学会用英语做事情，使英语学习变得更有乐趣。
一、比赛对象：全镇（含民办）三、四、五、六年级全体学生 二、作品要求
1、作品内容不限，但要健康向上，设计美观大方，版面整洁，书写工整， 而且必须手写，不能打印，中文版面不能超过整体版面的三分之一。
2、作品要有标题，并紧扣主题，以“圣诞节”为主题。
3、作品正面内不能出现学校、班别、姓名和指导老师等信息。学校、班级、姓名、指导老师信息统一制作一表格写在背面左下角（格式见附件一）。
4、一份作品可由一人完成，也可多人合作（合作者最多不超过2人， 含2人），但只当一个奖项。
5、统一用A4纸，周围留一厘米的边框。
（注：上送作品必须按照上述要求，否则不参与评奖。）
三、评奖时间：2012年12月28日 四、作品上交及评奖
1、学校先自行初赛，然后每班评选2份作品，以学校为单位统一上送到镇英语教
研中心李良章老师处（镇政府7栋102室）。各校英语科组长统一汇总参赛名单，在上交作品之时同时上报参赛名单(附件二)发至：liliangzhang@163.com。
2、上交时间：2011年12月26日
3、评比分三个等次：一等奖30%，二等奖30%，三等奖40%。一等奖获得者的指导老师评为优秀指导老师。
4、评委待定。
