面试结束后，大三学生小吴向面试官白斌请教：“被问到自己的优点时，我该怎么回答？”白斌告诉他，挑出应聘岗位所需要的优点，最多说3个即可，多于3个，就会让人觉得太自负。

“被问到缺点时，要不要如实告诉面试官？”白斌认为，要如实相告。“没有人完美无缺，一个人最可悲的是不知道自己的缺点，最可贵的是发现自己的缺点，作出改正的努力。”白斌说，如实相告会让面试官觉得你这个人是诚实的，做人没问题。“在回答缺点这个问题上，千万不要撒谎，面试官会通过应聘者的眼神、肢体语言等看出来。”

察言观色判定面试官性格
