1.本许可证一式四份，白色-申请人、蓝色-监护人、黄色-审批人、红色-审核人，分别需存档 1 年并备案登记；The license has quadruplication: white-applicant, blue-guardian, yellow-approver ,red-auditor, Each should be archived for 1 year and be registed 2.一般登高与特殊登高审批权限不同(见备注 3&4)，一般登高指一级、二级、三级登高作业类型； General and special climbing operation approved differently(remark 3&4).General climbing operation refers to level I/ II/ III type 3.审批人：对于一般登高，指车间 K2 部门经理(或指定负责人)，在建项目由施工经理或规划(TM)项目经理审批；对于特殊登高，指工厂 K1/R1 部门经理（或指定负责人）； General climbing operation: approved by K2 Dept.Mgr.of workshop(or designated person in charge), for project in construction, approved by construction mgr.or TM project mgr;Special climbing operation: approved by K1/R1 Dept.Mgr.of Car Plant(or designated person in charge).4.审核人：对于一般登高，指工厂安全员（或指定人员）；对于特殊登高，指安全管理职能部门部门经理(K2)：安亭地区（包括 S条线）为消防与安全(HSF)，沪外工厂为行政管理/安全保障(TF_D/TFHF)。
