①导入新课

——孔子因材施教 有一次,孔子的弟子子路问孔子:“老师,听到别人的建议,自己就立刻去做吗?”孔子回答说:“应该先问问你的父亲和兄长,怎么能听到别人的建议,自己就立刻去做呢?”

后来,孔子的另一个弟子冉有同样问:“老师,听到别人的建议,自己就立刻去做吗?” 孔子回答说:“是,听到别人的建议,自己就应该立刻去做。”

同样的一个问题,老师为什么会有截然相反的两种回答呢?弟子公西华带着心中的疑问,跑去问老师。孔子解释说:“冉有做事谦逊,遇事退缩,所以我让他勇于进取。但是,子路胆大逞强,办事冒失,所以我让他先和父兄商量后再去做。”

——陶行知喂鸡

有一次,陶行知先生在武汉大学演讲。他走向讲台,不慌不忙地从箱子里拿出一只大公鸡。台下的听众全愣住了,不知陶先生要干什么。陶先生从容不迫地又掏出一把米放在桌上,然后按住公鸡的头,强迫它吃米。可是大公鸡只叫不吃。怎么才能让公鸡吃米呢?他掰开公鸡的嘴,把米硬往鸡的嘴里塞。大公鸡拼命挣扎,还是不肯吃。陶先生轻轻地松开手,把鸡放在桌子上,自己后退了几步,大公鸡自己就开始吃起米来。

叶老一边看孩子们的习作一边问:这儿多了些什么?这儿少了些什么?能不能换一个比较恰当的词儿?把词儿调动一下,把句子改变一下,是不是好些?……

从表面上看,叶老是在指导子女练习写作,实际上,他更是在教育子女为人。

写作角度:教师不能搞一言堂,要适当的听取学生的想法。

——朱熹读书主张“循序渐进”

宋朝的著名学者朱熹,是个学识渊博的人。他遍读典籍,对经学、史学、文学、乐律以及自然科学,均有研究。他在读书方法上,特别强调“循序而渐进”。有的人读书性子急,一打开书就匆忙朝前赶。朱熹批评他们像饿汉走进饭店,看见满桌的大盘小碟,饥不择食,狼吞虎咽,食而不知其味。究竟怎样读书呢?朱熹的方法是:“字求其训,句索其旨,未得乎前,则不敢求其后,未通乎此则不敢志平彼,如是循序渐进,则意志理明,而无疏易凌躐之患矣。”

也就是说要一个字、一个字地弄明白它们的涵义,一句话一句话地搞清楚它们的道理。前面还没搞懂,就不要急着看后面的。这样就不会有疏漏错误了。他说:“学者观书,病在只要向前,不肯退步,看愈抽前愈看得不分晓,不若退步,却看得审。”就是说,读书要扎扎实实,由浅入深,循序渐进,有时还要频频回顾,以暂进的退步求得扎实的学问。

——老禅师的育人技巧 古代有位老禅师,一日晚在禅院里散步,看见院墙边有一张椅子,他立即明白,有人违反寺规翻墙出去了。老禅师也不声张,静静地走到墙边,移开椅子,就地蹲下。

不到半个时辰,果真听到墙外一阵响动。少顷,一位小和尚翻墙而入,黑暗中踩着老禅师的背脊跳进了院子。当他双脚着地时,才发觉刚才自己踏的不是椅子,而是自己的师傅。小和尚顿时惊慌失措,张口结舌,只得站在原地,等待师傅的责备和处罚。

出乎小和尚意料的是,师傅并没有厉声责备他,只是以很平静的语调说:

“夜深天凉,快去多穿一件衣服吧。”

——开花的佛桌:给浪子回

曾经有一个小和尚,极得方丈宠爱。方丈将毕生所学全数教授,希望他能成为出色的佛门弟子。没想到,他在一夜之间动了凡心,偷偷下了山,五光十色的城市迷住了他的眼睛,从此花街柳巷,他只管放浪形骸。20年后的一个深夜,窗外月色如洗,澄明清澈地洒在他的掌心。他忽然忏悔了,披衣而起,快马加鞭赶往寺里请求师父原谅。方丈深深厌恶他的放荡,不愿再收他为弟子,说:“你罪孽深重,必堕阿鼻地狱。要想佛祖饶恕,除非桌子上开花。”浪子失望地离开了。

第二天,方丈踏进佛堂时,看到佛桌上开满了花朵。方丈在瞬间大彻大悟,连忙下山寻找弟子,却为时已晚,心灰意冷的浪子重又堕入荒唐的生活,而佛桌上的那些花朵只开放了短短的一天。是夜,方丈圆寂,临终遗言:“这世上,没有什么歧途不可以回头,没有什么错误不可以改正。” 一个真心向善的念头,是最罕有的奇迹,好像佛桌上开出的花朵。而让奇迹陨灭的,不是错误,是一颗冰冷的、不肯原谅、不肯相信的心。写作角度:教师对待学生要宽宏大量,努力接纳迷途知返的学生。

——孟子休妻

教师资格证写作方面的可用素材主要来自于以下几个方面,即历史典故、名人名言、教育理念、热点事例及日常生活。一、历史典故类

历史典故主要是对历史事件或者历史人物事迹的总结和概括。中国历史悠久,中国文化博大精深,这部分的素材相对来说比较多,比如:

1、越王勾践卧薪尝胆 春秋时期,吴王夫差在与越国交战中大败越王勾践。夫差要捉拿勾践,范蠡出策,假装投降,留得青山在不愁没柴烧。夫差不听老臣伍子胥的劝告,留下了勾践等人。越国君臣在吴国为奴三年,饱受屈辱,终被放回越国。勾践暗中训练精兵,每日晚上睡觉不用褥,只铺些柴草,又在屋里挂了一只苦胆,他不时会尝尝苦胆的味道,为的就是不忘过去的耻辱。最终励精图治,成功复国,越王勾践亦成为春秋时期最后一个霸主。

2、孔子韦编三绝

春秋时的书,主要是以竹子为材料,把竹子破成一根根竹签,称为竹简,用火烘干后在上面写字。竹简有一定的长度和宽度,一根竹简只能写一行字,多则几十个,少则八九个。一部书要用许多竹简,这些竹简必须用牢固的绳子之类的东西编起来才能阅读。像《易》这样的书,当然是由许许多多竹简编起来的,因此有相当的重量。孔丘花了很大的精力,把《易》全部读了一遍,基本上了解了它的内容。不久又读第二遍,掌握了它的基本要点。接着,他又读第三

遍,对其中的精神、实质有了透

彻的理解。在这以后,为了深入研究这部书,又为了给弟子讲解,他不知翻阅了多少遍。这样读来读去,把串连竹简的牛皮带子也给磨断了几次,不得不多次换上新的再使用。

3、李白的故事

李白小时候在四川象耳山读书,很不用功,并想中途废学。有一天,他在山下小溪旁 看到一位白发老婆婆在那里磨铁杵。李白问干什么,老婆婆回答说:“把铁杵磨成针。”李白不相信,嗤一声笑了,对她说:“铁杵岂能磨成针?” “只要功夫深,铁杵磨成针。”老婆婆向他讲了这个道理,李白顿时领梧。从此,他便发奋用功,终于懂得了“功到自然成”的道理。

4、匡衡凿壁借光

汉朝元帝时的匡衡,从小喜好读书。可是家里很穷,连饭都吃不饱,哪有钱上学读书呢?他只好白天干活,晚上自己学习。家里没有钱买灯油,怎么办呢?匡衡没有向困难屈服,想出了一个办法:在墙壁上凿了个小洞,借邻居家照射过来的微弱灯光看书学习。他勤奋刻苦,学到了许多知识,后来做了宰相。

5、秦始皇坚持自我一统天下;廉颇蔺相如将相和……

6、文王被拘而演《周易》,左丘失明著有《国语》,屈原被逐写有《离骚》……

这部分的例子大家可能比较熟悉,用的也比较多。但是只用这种类型的例子太过于通用,不能够体现你作为教师的基本素养,所以不建议大家通篇都用历史典故类的素材。

二、名人名言类

考教师资格证将来是要做老师的,因而必须站在教师的角度来思考问题,建议大家在名人名言这部分也多积累一些教育家的权威话语,如:苏格拉底、柏拉图、亚里士多德、孔子、陶行知、杜威、洛克、夸美纽斯、凯洛夫等,以下是我总结的一些例子,大家可以参考。1、师者,所以传道授业解惑也。——韩愈
