尊敬的各位评委,现场的各位观众朋友,大家好!我今天很开心也挺紧够在站在这里,参加这个演讲比赛。那么我就开门见山,开始我今天的演讲。
随着人们生活水平的提高,我们对吃越来越讲究了。大家已经不再满足于吃饱,而是要吃好。于是对食物的色、香、味儿的追求提高了,用于满足生理需求的食物也随之改称为更具声色的美食了。长期以来,广大人民群众利用各种丰富的物产,创造出多种多样的具有地方风味特色的菜肴和与之相适应的各种烹调方法,从而形成了中国独有的饮食文化。地方菜中比较著名的有京菜、川菜、粤菜、沪菜等,都有自己的特色。如京菜擅长炸、溜、爆、烤,菜肴取其脆、嫩,口味重于香鲜;川菜以干烧、干炒、宫爆最为突出,菜肴入味,口味重于酸、辣、麻、香等。这些地方菜肴的不同风味特色,构成了我国烹调技术丰富多采的景象。
千百年来,许多人将美食的评定标准定位为色、香、味儿以及民族地域特色等等。其中,色、香、味儿往往是最重要的一条。但是,我却认为美食究竟美还是不美,不能只看色、香、味儿,而是更应该注重其安全性和营养价值,同时要兼顾其营养成分的全面性与均衡性。
有人常吃路边的烧烤,认为这就是一种美食。可我不认同这种所谓的美食,因为我担心不卫生。就算烧烤的生产过程按照严格的标准制作,但是烧烤中还是含有大量的亚硝酸盐、樱树油等等。亚硝酸盐在人体中易跟蛋白质中的胺类物质结合,形成强致癌物亚硝胺。亚硝胺最易引起胃癌、食道癌和肝癌,也会引发鼻咽癌和膀胱癌,严重危害人体健康。
也有人把膨化食品作为美食,甚至为图方便把零食作为正餐,忽略了食堂里可口的饭菜。而我却很少吃这类零食。因为其中含有较多危害健康的物质比如铅。铅能造成人体注意力低下、记忆力差、多动,另外容易冲动、爱发脾气等等。
我对美食的探究也是极为浅显,但是如果一碗味道恬淡的清粥和一盘麻辣辛香的烧烤摆在我的面前让我做出心中美食的选择的话,我一定会选着清粥。大家也许不解我的选择。原因有三。一是:一碗粥的制成,需要长时间的温火慢熬,这期间会倾注烹饪着的耐心和细心。二是:相对于麻辣火热的口感,我更喜欢恬淡可口感觉。三是:相对于危害身体健康的烧烤,我喜欢有利于我们肠道消化,促进身体健康的清粥。那么现在,你们还认为普通的粥它不是美食了吗?这样一碗粥,营养全面,利于身体健康。我认为这也是一种美食。总之,我觉得对美食的追求应该多注意安全性和营养价值,注意食用方法的科学合理,决不能甜了嘴,却伤了身体。

if you give a diet to laboratory animalit’s very common for animals to gain a good bit of weight when given acce to this diet.even if they’re given healthy food at the same time, they’ll tend to ignore the healthy food and eat a diet like this.and there are two properties of this diet that help promote overeating and obesity in laboratory animals.what would you say the two features are?sugar and fat.sugar is what people usually gue first and that’s correct, fat is number two, so you guys are good so far.who can gue what the third might be? salt is a good gue, but that’s not the answer.but why would a lab animal seek out a diet, become very overweight, become nutritionally deficient in some things because it’s not eating the healthy foods to the extent that it becomes unhealthy? the fact is those lab animals have a hard-wired preference for foods that are high in fat and high in sugar, primarily because of the energy density that those foods bring to one, the seeking out fat and sugar is a highly evolved, adaptive evolutionary trait of animals and human.today we’re going to talk the two big ones that people are usually concerned with: carbohydrates and fat.okay, let’s talk about fat for a moment.fat has twice the calories per unit weight as protein and carbohydrate.so it’s a very efficient way of securing energy.but if one is not deprived of calories,then having fat my not be so helpful.there are different kinds of fat that have different impacts on health.several concepts that are relevant in the discuion of fat: cholesterol, saturation, and trans fat.first of all,cholesterol.there are different kinds of cholesterol, hdl and ldl.it was a major discovery when scientists in the last century found that hdl is good and ldl is bad, the hdl, that’s protective against things like heart disease and you want to have a higher level of that and a lower level of hdl.the saturation is interesting.you hear a lot about saturated fat and unsaturated fat.as you know, unsaturated fat is healthy and you want to have this in your diet.trans fats have become a really interesting iue.there are groups of people who have studied the impact of trans fats on health for a number of years.they have found that trans fats were having a very negative impact on health.what are trans fats? they’re unsaturated fatty acids that get formed when foods are partially hydrogenated.when you see that partially hydrogenated oils on an ingredient list, that means there’s trans fat.why would companies do this? why would the food industry want to introduce trans fat in the first place? well, it changes the food in ways that are commercially appealing for the industry.it gives foods a longer shelf life.they tend to stay stable during deep frying and then the palatability goes up and the foods taste better.getting back to the concept that there are good and bad fats, if we look at the left hand side here, is a table or a graphic showing the fats that tend to have beneficial impacts on health.you have the unsaturated fat.the seafood, olive oils and some nuts are high in the unsaturated fats.so these kinds of rats are not necearily bad.the bad fats look like this, and those are the saturated fats and the trans fat.these bad fats raise the ldl levels, that’s not good for you.and they lower hdl.the trans fats that we mentioned before that you can see listed over here from margarine, shortenings, deep fried foods, a lot of fast foods and baked goods have a negative impact on health as well.so it’s important for the public health to change the portioning of fat so you move from bad to the better fats in the diets.【篇3:关于食物的英语演讲稿】

中华文化博大精深,而中国美食在不同地区也有不同特色。菜肴的味道有时不仅仅味蕾的享受,更是记忆中家乡的味道。现在让我们易起品味我的家乡-----南通在我脑海中独特的味道。
“据江海之汇,扼南北之喉”有“江海明珠”之称的“北上海”南通,集“黄金水道”和“黄金海岸”于一身.有着丰富的水产资源,而温润多雨的北亚热带和暖温带季风气候也给予了她富饶的土壤,带来了品种繁多的粮食。今天我来为大家介绍3种家乡特色的美食—蟹黄汤包,白蒲茶干和缸爿。
皮薄如纸,吹弹即破的蟹黄汤包是江苏的传统小吃,在明清时期就久负盛名。清朝道光皇帝尝过后龙颜大悦,夸道:“真乃人间第一鲜呀!”著名的“九叶诗人”王辛迪品尝蟹黄汤包时,诗兴大发,口占七绝《蟹黄汤包》:“冻肉凝脂拌蟹黄,薄皮敞开一包汤。蒸笼抓取防烫手,齿舌从容着意尝。”每至重阳前后,文人们就赏菊品诗,品尝蟹黄汤包。
说到蟹黄汤包还有一段历史典故:三国后期,诸葛亮病重时,想到先主刘备在东吴招亲以后不久,托故离开了东吴,孙尚香被孙权强行留住在娘家。后兵败,病死于白帝城。孙夫人闻讯,痛不欲生,投江自尽。诸葛亮由于忙于出征,未能顾上祭灵,趁现在还在世,便派人去东吴祭奠,了却心愿。
诸葛亮就召唤跟随刘备去东吴的尉役吴老头,要其去东吴祭奠孙夫人,吴老头问带什么物品去祭奠,诸葛亮说用肉馒头祭奠。吴老头一听,知道这是昔日丞相在渡泸水时,不杀生灵,而用面团包肉代替人头的祭品。
后,吴老头就找来面粉和和,用刀将猪肉斩斩碎与作料调好。又想到夫人在世时,最喜欢吃螃蟹,又弄了一些蟹煮熟,剥出蟹黄、蟹肉放在猪肉馅中搅拌做馅心。
第二天,一些地方官员和随从跟吴老头一起祭奠。到了北固山江边后,吴老头叫人摆好香案,点燃香、烛,棒上四十九只肉馒头,掏出丞相写就的祭文宣读。大家一看鼓鼓的道道花纹的肉馒头,不知是什么玩艺。只见吴老头在读罢祭文后,就将这些玩艺抛入江中。
祭奠完毕后,大家问吴老头。刚才抛下江中去的是什么?吴老头笑笑,故弄玄虚地说,这是孙夫人在世时最喜爱吃的食物,是“蟹黄烫包。”吴老头掉了几颗牙,说话有点不关风,众人把“烫”字听成个“汤”字,也就随声附和说这是“蟹黄汤包”。

蟹黄汤包状似秋菊,吃起来鲜而不腻,品尝蟹黄汤包还有一套口诀“轻轻提,慢慢移。先开窗,后喝汤”虽然现在有了吸管,但吸管是吃不出那份感觉和滋味来的。面对晶莹剔透,绵软异常,鲜气扑鼻的包子是急不得的。先用筷子扎两三个小孔,舀适量的香醋,香菜和生姜等配置的佐料浇上,用嘴嘬包子里的汤汁。由鸡汤调制的汤汁鲜香可口,细细品尝,回味无穷。汤汁吮光后,将蟹黄和蟹肉等馅料吃完。
品尝完蟹黄汤包,我们也窥探一下它的制作过程,它制作工序就达33道,其中最主要的几个便是熬蟹油,做皮冻,做包子。小时候我很好奇到底怎么让包子灌汤?原来秘密就在皮冻里,猪皮中含有大量的胶原蛋白质,它在烹调过程中可转化成明胶。明胶具有网状空间结构,它能结合许多水,而与鸡汤结合使其更加鲜美,将其打成茸和在馅料中,便会让包子灌汤。
蟹黄汤包不仅仅鲜美可口而且有丰富的营养价值。蟹,鸡,小麦的组合没有掩盖各自的优点,还使得营养更加丰富。古话医疗不如食疗,螃蟹有抗结核作,鸡肉有增强体力,强壮身体的作用。面粉有养心益肾、健脾厚肠、除热止渴的功效。有悠久历史的蟹黄汤包没有湮没于食品发展的潮流中,而是散发属于自己的光芒。
丰富的水产产生了蟹黄汤包,而富饶的土地则造就了白蒲茶干。由乾隆皇帝题字“只此一家”的白蒲茶干是世界长寿之乡的特产而它的制作工艺更是位列江苏省非物质文化遗产之列。它味美香芬,富有韧性,色泽美观,形状方且薄,别具一格。
白蒲茶干距今已有1600多年历史了,“白蒲茶干”始制于清朝康熙年间,乾隆皇帝下江南时,地方官特别选择了“三香斋”茶干作为贡品,请皇上品尝,乾隆尝后甚悦,又听该店独家经营的介绍,便御笔写下“只此一家”的题字,赐予褒扬。
那么味美香芬的白蒲茶干有什么特色呢?白蒲茶干”选用优质大豆,多种香料精制而成。食用方法甚多,既可冷食凉拌,也可荤烩素炒,四季菜肴均可配用,别有风味。香味独特内含易于人体消化的优质蛋白质及人体所必须的维生素B
1、B2和钙、磷、铁等,还含有动物性食品所缺乏的不饱和脂肪酸,能弥补动物菜肴的缺陷,对于增补人体和营养极为有利。适合高血脂病、糖尿病、冠心病者食用。
而且更令人惊奇的是,白蒲茶干也是南通长寿食品之一,白蒲土壤中含有硒等微量元素,这些微量元素直接影响了人体健康。中国科学院南京土壤研究所对白蒲土壤的采集和研究,发现白蒲土壤中含有效态硒、锌、硼、镍等微量元素,硒有抗衰老、防癌变的作用;锌能维持细胞膜稳定性,并参与酶的代谢,提高免疫功能;硼影响人体钙、维生素D、氨基酸或蛋白质等营养成分的代谢。种植在这片土壤上的植物多多少少含有这些元素。而白蒲茶干中也包含了这些微量元素。
白蒲茶干传统的操作过程,可以概括为以下几个方面:浸豆、糙皮、磨豆、扯 浆、煮浆、点浆、包、榨、剥、煮、扎等,细说有二十一道工序。那么白蒲茶干又有什么制作技巧,以煮浆来说,烧火要旺,煮得越快越好,如慢火烧,则易潮浆,对质量,产量都有不利影响。煮好的浆出灶入缸时,要坚持“过筛”这一道工序,将扯浆或套浆时从布眼中漏出的反渣去尽,提高豆浆的纯度,这样茶干的韧性才越强,煮制中才不易破碎,吸味也更加充足。
由于三香斋的坚持,他们与时俱进,推出一系列新产品,在茶干中加入肉,海鲜等形成不同风味。赢得青少年的喜爱。也获得荣誉。
最后给大家介绍的是童年的味道,缸爿。说道它还有一段有趣的故事,南通临江临海,明代倭寇入侵掘港时,当地乡勇正集合准备出击。领队的对其中一人说,你去把缸爿拿来分给大家,吃了才有力气杀倭子。倭子奸细听到后连忙溜到倭营报告,说掘港人本领了不得,他们在吃“钢板”,吃了“钢板”就来和我们打仗。倭子头目听了,吓了一跳,这掘港人竟能吃“钢板”,我们岂是他们的对手,连忙撤退。这缸爿之名便一直传至今日。
正因为这个故事,使得缸爿有着独特的食品特色,缸爿(南通话中发音类似”钢板“),又称“斜角儿”(南通话中发音类似"恰棍儿"),是南通市民价廉物美的面食,属于烧饼的一类,常作早点顾名思义,“缸爿”就是水缸被打破后的碎片,能够成为点心食品的名称,或许是因为缸爿的“斜角儿”(菱形)形状。也有人说是因成熟工具是缸炉,成品分两片,所以称之为缸片。
缸爿不仅名称、形状独特,其口味也是独特的,低脂低盐,芝麻和葱花的香味也是淡淡的,不似油酥烧饼那般流油溢香。
爿初食或觉口味清淡,细品之下,三层滋味各有不同:
面层,颜色火黄中有点枣红,既香又酥微甜(如果刷了糖稀就微甜,现在很多不放糖就无味);
中层像薄薄的海绵,咬在嘴里绵软易化,有葱香,味微咸; 底层微焦,别有一种香脆。整体吃起来,口感很”劲韧“(南通话中表示“有嚼劲”),再加上甜中带咸的口味(南通土话:甜夹韶,吃了不发燥。因此南通点心常甜中带咸),真是越嚼越香。
很多人会在缸爿中间夹上一根油条、再来杯豆浆,也有不少考究的”老南通“吃时夹几片腌生姜、蘸点麻油、再来杯清茶。
它的制作工艺也是很讲究的第一,炉子。
炉胆要买镇江的"锅箱",炉壳最好用木材的,保温性好。砌炉子,要讲究科学,要用南通的双料条砖,不要用耐火砖,但要用耐火泥砌,炉子火能大能小。
第二,原料。
做缸爿的面是经过发酵的,但不像包儿酵和馒头酵那样有较大的孔隙,需要“烫酵”。烫酵时要掌握水的温度,水温太高,成品吃起来粘牙。水温太低,烤时,不易贴上炉,最佳水温为70至80℃。揉好酵以后还要试一下酸度,兑碱中和。
表面刷糖粞,一是芝麻粘的牢,二是烘后颜色好。
芝麻也是有讲究的,芝麻看起来白白净净,但淘一下屑子、沙灰可不少。芝麻有三层皮,要搓掉才香。[1]
第三,制作方法。
从发酵的面缸里用刀切下一块和好的面,略作按揉,拉长,用擀面棰把面擀成拃把宽、庹把长。撒些盐和葱花(按早先的做法在撒盐和葱花前用油壶在面中央浇一线素油),再把两边的面折向中间,形成三层,擀压平整,用刀斜向切成约20块菱形。然后,在朝上的一面刷上糖稀(现在很多就用水了),撒芝麻。将缸爿切成两头尖,中间近似长方形的缸爿块,再用滚锤将其压扁压长。
最后把缸爿贴进炉膛。贴之前,要把炉膛内壁的煤烟积碳清理干净,否则缸爿贴不牢靠,容易挂下来,出品率就不高,即使贴上去了没掉下来,缸爿底上黑炭斑驳,卖相就打了折扣。把缸爿贴进炉膛,烘烤约5分钟,新鲜可口的缸爿就出炉了。烘赔的炉温也很有讲究,过高的话贴上去的缸爿揭不下来,过低了缸爿粘不住。烤制时要控制炉中的火力,一般使用小火慢慢烤熟。火大了会出现面焦内不熟现象。
但是缸爿的现状不容乐观南通的缸爿可能在全国也就是"独一份",然而如今南通的正宗缸爿也越来越少了。
做缸爿赚不了多少钱,而且很辛苦很摧残人,贴缸爿时手臂常年在炉膛里烤着,灼伤时有发生,缸爿师傅都是“臂”无完肤。正因为此,传承了几代人的手艺,如今是后无继人也在情理之中。如今街头巷尾虽然还有不少人在卖,但多是外地人,不了解传统工艺,有时还偷工减料,看外表和以前的缸爿没有什么两样,所谓:"缸爿还像从前的缸爿,口味不是从前的口味"。目前还有部分老居民区(寺街、南大街旁的小巷、老新村等等)能找到较为正宗的缸爿,但愿这些老店不会随着城市的拆迁改造而消失。
希望掌握缸爿传统手艺的老师傅们能把经验总结出来,分享给大家,让爱吃缸爿的南通人和来通的外地人都能吃到这一特色美食。

昨天,我和外公弟弟等全家人去马家山广场参观首届旅游美食节展览那里人山人海,煦煦攘攘,来自全国各省市自治区的饮食代表队,在那里现场表演小吃参展和旅游商品展销,还有旅游图片宣传展览。
首先,我们目不转睛看旅游图片展览,知道我们国家有很多美丽的旅游景点,如安徽黄山、福建武夷山、北京长城、上海黄浦江、浙江西湖……我们抚州自然风光优美秀丽、有红色革命圣地广昌、乐安、南丰宗教文化圣地麻姑山,抚州金山寺、正觉寺,南丰读书岩……享誉国内外。
接着,我们观看了旅游商品。有吃的食品、用的瓷器装饰品、还有纪念品各式各样,看得我眼花缭乱。走着走着,一阵阵美食香味朴鼻而来,呀!是美食小吃部发出来的。坐在小吃部三五成群的人们摇头晃脑吃得津津有味,我们一家也加入吃食行列,来了一盘狗不理包子,香喷喷的、油油的,吃了还想吃,回味无穷。我们还看见香香的甜甜的天津麻花,新疆羊肉串、云南过桥米粉、再加上临川牛杂、煮米粉肉、炒藕丝、麦鸡、水豆腐四大小吃特产,真是一饱口福,大大饱眼福。

今天,是一年一度美食节的最好一天,我和家人来到文化广场,只见人山人海,车水马龙;摊点连绵起伏,紧贴在快。
我们先品尝了10元4串的羊肉串,一口咬下去香飘四溢,羊肉的味道发挥的淋漓致尽,再加上边吃边看新疆的人在跳舞,顿时我感觉我仿佛置身在新疆,到他们那做客了。然后买了两只叫化鸡到草坪上吃。我剥开了一层又一层纸,终于看见用荷叶所谓的“叫化鸡”。一看,原来所谓的叫化鸡就是鸽子。虽然是鸽子,但他们用荷叶包住来煮,轻轻嚼一口,浓浓的荷叶味环绕在身边,仿佛置身在炎夏酷暑的湖边观看盛开的荷花。
在到处走走,看见了鸵鸟宴,有两只鸵鸟被困在笼子中,耷拉着脑袋,无精打采的样子,但店主却兴高采烈,干的火热朝天。在走走,突然传来了一股臭味,抬头一看,原来是“毛主席题词的臭豆腐”虽然是臭了一点但吃下去,香味无穷。再看向对面也有羊肉串,品尝了刚才的觉得很好吃,想在吃,就又买了10元7串的羊肉串。吃下去美味、香气、麻辣,通通不翼而飞,随之换来却是苦辣、没嚼劲。突然感到后悔极了,也明白了便宜没好货,好货没便宜的道理,在此警告千万不要贪小便宜。
再到东边的尽头有七彩棉花糖,那七彩棉花糖如同雨后天上出现的彩虹那般的美丽。七彩棉花糖味道甜甜的。舔一舔,软软的棉花糖立刻在口中散开,就好像在云上步行。
要回家了,留恋的看了一下,店主们干的火热朝天,无比兴奋。客人们吃的高高兴兴,开开心心。虽然有点乌烟瘴气,但却让人流连忘返。
一年一度的美食节,不仅让我懂得了很多民族风情,以及有着悠久历史的吃物,真是令人大开眼界啊!

最近我们学校举办了一次“红红火火过大年,欢天喜地美食汇”的联谊活动。校园内年味浓浓,喜气洋洋,一片热闹非凡的景象。对于这次活动,我可是盼望已久了,因为我妈妈做的美味鸡翅也被选上了。
随着葛校长的一声下令,阵阵鞭炮声响起,美食节活动正式开始了,我们一家人早就忙豁开来,看妈妈一身厨师服装,真像一位大厨呢,她熟练的把热气腾腾的鸡翅盛出锅,我和爸爸开始呦喝着招揽客人。一开始,只有零星的几个小朋友过来购买,我还真有点担心我们的生意,但不一会儿,我们班的同学都来给我们捧场,再加上我们许老师的大力宣传,嘿嘿,马上就立竿见影,一群人蜂拥而上,挤得水泄不通,我们几个小老板忙得不亦乐乎。“嗯,真好吃”,“这个鸡翅真美味啊”“这鸡翅比奥尔良鸡翅还好吃”。
各种赞美声传入我们的耳朵,我们听了心里像乐开了花,还有好多人向我们询问这鸡翅的做法呢,不一会儿,我们的鸡翅就卖的差不多了。妈妈叫我去别的摊位看看,买些自己喜欢吃的小吃。
这次美食节,我的收获真大呀!我不仅体会到了劳动的快乐,还品尝到了好多传统美食,真期待下个美食节!
