上周，我们一二班评出了31位“阅读之星”，王老师请每位阅读之星写写自己的阅读经历、给同学们推荐下爱读的书籍、写写自己荣获“阅读之星”后的感受。今天周一，王老师收上贴着小星星们漂亮的照片的感受后细细察看，大家写的极认真极丰富，超出老师的预期，你们做的真好。以下是老师摘选的星星们自己笔下的感受与做法，与大家分享吧！

周泽宇爱读书，更要会读书。来到初中，王老师教给我们如何读懂、读透文章的方法，真让我“如虎添翼”。我不仅领略到书中文人那儒雅的气质，那意境清幽的语言和精妙绝伦的诗句更是带给我无尽的遐思。

郭宇帆渐渐地，我发现，读书就是一门乐趣。有时会遇到搞笑的地方，使我捧腹大笑；有时会遇到感人的地方，令我泪流不止；有时会遇到让人气愤的地方，使我气愤填膺......总之，是读书，给我带来了乐趣。唐代诗人杜甫写的好啊“读书破万卷，下笔如有神”，读书多了，咱们写文章的时候就会得心应手了！

李奇禧我当上了阅读之星！我很高兴，不过我也是靠积累而成的。读的书多了，自然就想发表一下自己心里的意见，把这些写下来自然就成了批注，所以，我请大家与我一起打开书的大门，遨游书的世界吧！

赵楚涵我来告诉大家几条我的阅读经验吧！每天只要老师一布置《阳光计划》，我就十分开心，因为我最喜欢做阅读题和批注了。我一般做批注，都会先把文章读三遍，之后看看里面有没有什么修辞手法和一些人物描写的方法，如果有的话，我会拿起红笔把这些句子画下来，然后标注出来，再写上读完这些句子后我有什么想法，我读懂了什么，知道了什么道

理。如果我看到一些写的优美、动人的句子，我就会拿红笔把这些句子用括号括起来，写写我为什么喜欢这句话，这句话好在哪里。然后我会再一次略读文章，划出文中我不会的字词，查字典写出他们的意思，做词语的积累。最后我会写出读完这篇文章后，我的整体感悟和主人公身上的品质等。这就是我的阅读经验，与大家分享。

吕雪兰我热爱语文、热爱作文、热爱阅读，我每天晚上都会腾出半个小时的时间来阅读的。在阅读的过程中，我会增长知识，陶冶情操，开阔视野。不知不觉中，我会发现很多好书。例如《假如给我三天光明》《心灵鸡汤》《知了》，四大名著等。其中，我最喜欢的一本书就是海伦凯勒的《假如给我三天光明》，文中的海伦凯勒坚强勇敢，在黑暗与困难面前不低头、不退缩、不气馁，不管前方有多大困难，她也一直勇往直前。这不就是我们应该在学习中应有的品质和美德呢？

在阅读过程中，看到好词好句好段，我会圈圈画画，在旁边做些批注，我一定会认真的把这一习惯坚持下去，不辜负“阅读之星”这个荣誉称号，加油！

朱嘉文我非常荣幸的被评上了“阅读之星”，我非常高兴，其实，做好阅读并不难，只要把握住四个要点：1、通过读文章体会文本文意。2、明确结构和文中的写作方法。3、划出文中的好词佳句，了解意思，体会用在这里的好处。4、将自己放在作者的角度细读全文，品味其中的韵味。

在以后的工作当中，我将不辜负领导的期望，更加尽心尽职，努力工作，并不断学习提升自己的工作业绩，用实际行动为公司的发展尽自己的绵薄之力。

回顾半年来，我并没有为公司做出了不起的大贡献，也没取得特别值得炫耀可喜的业绩，我只是尽量做好属于自己岗位上的工作，尽自己最大的努力的去完成每一次的指标，总结自己的经验，从经验中学习，向他人学习，尽量将自己的工作争取一次比一次做得更好，尽可能的提高工作效率，虽然如此，但我的付出得到了公司的认可，我深感无比的荣幸，我想公司这次评优活动也再次向每位员工传达与说明了只要有付出，只要脚踏实地的做好了属于自己的那份工作，就会有回报。

这次能被评为优秀员工，我想这既是公司对我个人工作能力与成绩的肯定，也是对今后工作做得更好的一种鼓励。我也坚信，今后的工作一定会做得更好。志诚的发展让我们成长，我们的共同努力让志诚更加辉煌。
