第1篇：DR考察报告
关于“数字化医用x线摄影系统（dr）”的考察报告 根据我院科室以上负责人会议通过的关于“购买dr的可行性报告”的方案，我院设备采购组着手进行了购买dr的前期了解工作，详细了解了飞利浦公司的xx、富士公司的xx、万东公司的新东方xx、安科公司的xx、深圳迈瑞公司的xx0、深圳安健公司的xx、深圳深图公司的xx）、苏州益通公司（etm）所代理的xxdr等共8家公司的dr。并于近期对其中四家dr进行了实地考察，特就飞利浦公司、富士公司、华润万东公司、深圳安科公司生产的数字化医用x线摄影系统（dr）的考察情况，报告如下，请各位参考。

五、考察的主要内容
1.设备的性能及主要技术参数，设备连续使用状态及故障发生率。 2.图像质量的考察。3.操作方便性评估。
4.设备故障发生率及长期的售后维修服务。 5.设备最后报价及主要配件性价比。
（一）、产品的性能及技术参数（主要6个方面） 1 ∴碘化铯/非晶硅平板探测器中材料碘化铯稳定性高，而硫氧化钆/非晶硅平板探测器（飞利浦启明星）中硫氧化钆属增感屏材料 , 衰减明显。
∴球管热容量表示球管耐热率，越大越好。高档dr，为满足连续曝光，采集高品质影像的要求，多使用小焦点、高热容量、高转速、散热效率高的x线管。新东方xx阳极热容量（150khu）较其余三款（300khu）低。
∴dr均采用高频逆变高压发生器切电压范围大、频率高而恒定为好，电压范围除飞利浦启明星为40—125kv外，其余为40—150kv，频率只有富士smart f达到100khz，其余只有50khz；四款中只有安科asr-6650为非恒频。
∴品牌与零部件来源是否同一性：零部件来源的一致性和品牌的同一性，决定了影像链性能的稳定性和零部件间的相互适配性高低。零部件相互适配性差者，故障率相对较高。考察四个品牌中只有富士fdr smart f属整机注册，安科asr-6650主要部件来自不同厂家。
（二）图像质量的考察。为了达到良好的图像质量，我们从硬件（即探测器材料）和软件（即图像后处理技术）两方面考察。
⑴首先从探测器材料考察，目前四个品牌均为非晶硅整版、非拼接平板探测器，但材料上有区别，飞利浦启明星材料为硫氧化钆，其他三款为碘化铯，前者衰减明显。
⑵其次，数字化影像的图像质量中图像后处理技术也起到很重要的作用。数字化影像的原始图像动态范围宽、对比度低，无法用于临床诊断。
实地实际考察的图像质量，经专业人员现场查看各dr图像，一 2 致认为：两款进口dr图像清晰度优于国产dr；其中两款进口dr中，富士dr稍优于飞利浦，两款国产dr中，安科dr图像稍优于新东方。
（三）操作方便性评估。操作方便的设备可极大的节约检查时间，提高检查效率，增加单位时间内的设备利用率。评估dr操作的便捷性可以从硬件和软件两方面考虑：(1)硬件方面：首先考虑病人摆位的方便性，步骤越精简越好。其次考虑dr的自动化程度，由于dr病人检查量较ct、mr的大得多，故自动化程度高的dr可提高操作人员的满意度，进而提高患者的满意度。全自动多功能臂的dr和有自动跟踪及对中功能的吊臂dr是较好的选择，吊臂dr又优于立柱式dr。四款中只有安科为悬吊式dr，其余三款均为立柱式dr。(2)应用软件方面，着重看是否具有中文操作界面，是否易用，是否具备图像自动后处理功能(如kodak的ptone能保持不同病患的影像质量达到一致)从而减少人工干并预提高了工作效率；另外，是否方便与pacs或his/ris连接也是操作方便性评估的重要方面。
（四）设备故障发生率及长期的售后维修服务。医院在选择dr时还要认真考察售后服务和维修，这就要求dr维修网点便捷，国内有备件库，国内有高级别的技术支持，同时公司规模和品牌也是重要的方面。医院在选择高档平板探测器和良好的后处理软件以保证图像质量的同时，还要注意选择摆位步骤精简，软、硬件自动化程度高的dr，并仔细考察长期的售后维修服务。
设备保修时长：富士dr承诺保修18个月；其余dr保修12个月。
可能的故障发生率：一般而言，进口dr的故障发生率低于国产dr。
维修保养价格：一般而言，进口dr维修保养费均高于国产dr。3
六、总评： 依据我院的财力及购买设备的前瞻性考虑，我们认为首先应先选购图像质量较好、性价比高的dr，四款考察对象中进口品牌（富士、飞利浦）优势明显，这二款均适合我院安装及使用，其各有所长（富士的全中文操作界面，易操作，且价格低，而飞利浦零部件同一性高，便于维护），二者均可满足我院业务发展需要，可以列为主要的选择对象，其性价比以及外围条件都比较适合我院的需求，供院班子参考选择购买。xx设备采购组 4

第5篇：DR室职责
DR室岗位职责
1、必须爱护各种影像设备，进行经常性保养，及时调整机房温度和湿度，保证X线检查的正常运行，各种仪器设备及附属用品使用完毕必须复位并整理机房，清洁设备。
2、负责机器附件、药品、胶片等物品的领取、保管、使用及登记、统计工作。
3、掌握一般机器的原理、性能、使用及投照技术、做好防护；严格执行各项规章制度和技术操作规程，防止差错事故的发生。
4、加强防护意识，注意对患者敏感部位必要的照射时，尽量使用最小照射野，无关人员不要进入正在工作的环境，陪护人员应给予防护射线的教育。
5、努力学习业务技术，不断提高诊疗水平。

(c).Strengthen the fight against corruption related to drugs.5.Enhances ordinary people’s comprehension about drug trafficking, improving their self consciousne of resisting illicit trafficking.
