定义:职场偏见是指没有法律上的合法目的和原因而基于种族、肤色、宗教、政治见解、民族、社会出身、性别、户籍、残障或身体健康状况、年龄、身高、语言等原因,采取区别对待、排斥或者给予优惠等任何违反平等权的措施侵害劳动者劳动权利的行为。
