4.3测试方法Testing Method

4.3.1容量Capacity

在5.1的条件下存放4小时,充电:以1000mA恒流充电至8.40V,然后8.40V恒压充电至电流小于25mA时终止,搁置5分钟;放电:以1000mA恒流放电5.6V的容量(可重复5次,有一次合格即可终止)。

In a Condition of5.1, Charge: charge the battery to 8.40V with Current of 1000mA, then to 25mA with Constant Voltage of 8.40V ,rest for 5 min.Discharge: discharge the battery to 5.60V with Current of 1000mA(repeat the processing 5 times, It can be ended if capacity is up to grade one time).4.3.2内阻Internal resistance

使用内阻仪测量,电池处于40%-60%荷电态。

Measured With internal impedance equipment at with 40%~60% charging of the battery.4.3.3电压Voltage

使用万用表直流电压档20V量程测量。

Measured With 20V rangeability of the multimeter.4.3.4电流Current

使用万用表直流电流档15A量程串联测量。

Measured With DC 15A rangeability of the multimeter in series.4.3.5温度Temperature

使用带耐高温引线数字温度仪测量

4.3.8外观Appearance

4.3.9循环寿命Cycle Life

按4.3.1的方法,完成一次为一个循环,重复以上循环,直至连续三次放电时间小于96分钟,则认为循环寿命终止,循环测试应符合4.1的要求。

According to 5.1 and 5.3.1, repeat this processing, When continuous three times discharging time less than 96 min , the cycles is finished

4.3.10温度特性Temperature Characteristic

按5.3.1的要求充电,然后将电池转到4.2.1或4.2.2或4.2.3相应温度的环境中,搁置4小时,然后在相应环境中以0.2C电流放电至5.6V,放电时间应符合4.2中相应温度的要求。

Charge according to 5.3.1, store the battery 4h under appointed temperature ,and discharge the battery to 5.6V with the current of 0.2CA to 5.6V

4.3.11荷电保持能力Capacity retention

在5.1的条件下,电池充电后贮存28天,然后以0.2C电流放电至5.6V,放电时间应符合4.3的要求。

According to5.1 and 5.3.1,charge the battery, and store the battery on open circuit for 28 days, then discharge the battery with 0.2CA to 5.6V.4.3.12荷电恢复能力Capacity recovery after storage

在5.1的条件下,按5.3.1的方法测一次容量,电池在放电态下,在40±2℃条件下开路存放90天。贮存结束后,再按5.3.1的方法检测一次容量,符合4.4的要求。

According to 5.1 and 5.3.1 ,test the capacity of the battery,after the battery have be discharge, store it, in open circuit, in ambient temperature of 40±2℃ for 90 days,then according to 5.1 and 5.3.1 ,test the capacity of the battery.4.3.13机械碰撞Shock Test

电池采用刚性固定的方法,在两个相互垂直的方向上承受两次等值的冲击。每次冲击应在电池表面垂直的方向上按下述方法进行:在最初的3ms内,最小平均加速度为75gn(gn为当地的重力加速度),峰值加速度应在125gn和175gn之间,波形为半正弦波。

The battery is to be secured to the testing machine by means of a rigid mount.Each battery shall be subjected to a total of two shocks of equal magnitude.The shocks are to be applied in each of mutually perpendicular directions.Each shock is to be applied in a direction perpendicular to the face of the battery.For each shock the battery is to be accelerated in such a manner that, during the initial 3ms, the minimum average acceleration is 75 gn(where gn is the local acceleration due to gravity).The peak acceleration shall be between 125 gn and 175 gn.The waveform should be half-sine

4.3.14机械振动Vibration Test

将电池固定在振动装置上,对电池施加振幅0.8mm(双振幅1.6mm),频率变化1Hz/min,频率范围10Hz-55Hz的简谐波,振动持续时间90min-100min,电池分别承受相互垂直的两个方向的振动。

The battery shall be subjected to a simple harmonic motion with an amplitude of 0.8 mm [1.6 mm total maximum excursion].The frequency is to be varied at the rate at the rate of 1 Hz per minute between 10 and 55 Hz.The battery shall be tested in two mutually perpendicular directions.4.3.15高温贮存High temperature storage test

电池放于75±2℃烘箱中,搁置48h。

The battery shall be exposed to a temperature of 75℃±2℃ for 48 h in an oven

4.3.16温度循环Temperature Cycling test

将电池放在专用烘箱中,在30分钟内将温度升至70±3℃,并恒温4h,在30分钟内降温至20±3℃,恒温2h,在30分钟内降温至-40±3℃,恒温4h,在30分钟内升温至20±3℃,重复以上过程9次,在第10次循环后贮存7天。

Raising the chamber-temperature to 70±3℃ within 30 minutes and maintaining this temperature for 4 hours

Reducing the chamber temperature to 20±3℃ within 30 minutes and maintaining this temperature for 2 hours.Reducing the chamber temperature to日-40±3℃ within 30 minutes and maintaining this temperature for 4 hours

Raising the chamber temperature to 20±3℃ within 30 minutes

Repeating the sequence for a further 9 cycles

After the 10th cycle, storing the battery for 7 days prior to examination

4.3.17高空模拟Altitude Simulation

将电池在20±3℃,大气压力11.6KPa的条件下放置6h

Samples are to be stored for 6 hours at an absolute pressure of 11.6kPa and a temperature of 20±3℃

4.3.18短路Short-circuits test

电池应在外电路总电阻小于100mΩ的条件下,分别在25℃±2℃和60℃±2℃的环境温度下进行短路试验,当电池电压低于0.1V或电路不进一步放电,同时电池壳温度恢复至初始环境温度的10℃范围内,结束试验。

The battery shall be subjected to a short-circuit condition with a total external resistance of less than 100mΩ.Two separate tests shall be conducted, one in an ambient temperature of 25℃±2℃ and one in an ambient temperature of 60℃±2℃.The test shall be continued until the battery voltage falls below 0.1 V ,and the battery case temperature has returned to a value within 10℃ of the original ambient temperature.4.3.19过放Forced-Discharge test

将电池与不低于10V的电源串联,以0.2C的电流恒流放电。试验持续12.5h。即使电池电压达到0V后,试验应继续进行。

The battery shall be subjected to a discharge at a constant current of 0.2C by connecting it , in series, to a power supply not less than 10V.The duration of the test shall be 12.5h.This test shall be continued even after the battery reaches 0V.4.3.20过充Overcharge test

首先将电池以0.2C放电至规定的终止电压,连接正负极于一恒流恒压电源,调节电流至3C,电压为9V,充电时间为tc=48小时。

The battery shall be discharged at a constant current of 0.2C to cut-off voltage and shall be recharged with 3C,by connecting it to a power supply of equal to 4.5V.the test time tc should be 48 hours.4.3.21跌落Free fall test

将电池充满电的电池从1.0m的高度上跌落到放置在水泥地面上5cm厚的硬木板上,每个电池跌落6次。

Each battery shall be dropped 6 times from 1.0 m onto a hard wood floor with 5cm height.4.3.22挤压Crush test

将充满电池的电池放置在两硬木(厚度至少为12.7mm)之间进行挤压。逐渐增大压力至13KN,然后减小压力直至脱开,挤压时电池的长轴方向应与挤压板保持平行。还应在长轴与挤压板垂直方向进行试验。每只电池只允许在一个方向上进行一次挤压试验,每次试验采用不同的电池。

The battery of fully charged shall be crushed between two flat hardwood blocks with a thickness of at least 12.7 mm using a crushing apparatus capable of applying a force of 13kN.The force is gradually decreased until escape form the hardwood.The battery shall be crushed with its longitudinal axis parallel or vertical to the flat surfaces of the crushing apparatus.Each battery shall be subjected to a crushing force in only one direction.Different battery shall be used for each test.4.3.23高温搁置Thermal exposure test

电池应放置于加热箱中,加热箱应以(5℃±2℃)/min的速率升温至130℃±2℃,并恒温15min。

The battery shall be placed in an oven.The oven temperature shall be increased at a rate of 5℃±2℃ per minute until the oven reaches 130℃±2℃.The oven shall be maintained at 130℃±2℃ for 15 min

6贮存

6.1电池若长期储存,要保持在50%放电态。

Battery should be in 50% charge if it is stored for a long time.6.2电池应保存在低温干燥的环境中。

Battery should be stored under low temperature and dry environment.6.3电池储存时要远离热源,也不能置于阳光直射的地方。

Battery should be stored away from the heat source and place where sunlight focus on.6.4电池储存时,应每一个月对电池电压进行一次检查,如果电压低于7.2V,应对电池补充电到7.8V。

Check the battery every 3 months when it is stored, and charge the battery to 7.8V if the voltage is below 7.2V.7注意事项Important Notice

7.1请勿直接串联使用。Can’t use directly in series connection of many batteries.7.2仅在指定的设备上使用电池。Only used on specified instrument.7.3不要把电池同干电池或其他原电池一起使用,也不要同不同包装、不同型号或不同品牌的电池一起使用。Do not use the together with different kind of or different type of battery.7.4不要把电池投入水中,也不要弄湿。Do not drop the battery into water, and do not make the battery wet.7.5不要用金属短路电池的正负极。Do not short circuit the battery by metal conductor.7.6在装入设备时注意电池的正负极不要反装。Be sure not to use the battery by reverse anode/cathode.7.7不要对电池进行分解。Do not disassemble the battery.7.8不要使用带有严重伤痕或变形的电池。Do not use bad scar battery.7.9在使用之前请详细阅读操作说明书,不适当的操作可能引起的电池变热、着火、爆炸、毁坏或电池容量的衰减。Please read the operation guidebook carefully before using the battery, because the inappropriate operation may cause overheat, catching fire , explosion or making capacity decrease.7.10如果电解液渗透到你的皮肤或衣服上,立刻用清水清洗。Wash yourself quickly when electrolyte infiltrating to your skin or clothes

7.11如果电解液渗出并进入你的眼睛里,不要揉擦你的眼睛,立刻用干净的水清洗并去医院检查。Wash your eyes by clean water quickly and go to hospital for further check, if the electrolyte infiltrate to your eyes.7.12电池寿命终止后要立即从设备中取出。Take out the battery when its life time is over.7.13当长期不用时,要将电池从设备中取出,在常温条件下保存,并定期充放电。Take out the battery and keep it under low temperature and low humidity when the battery is not used for a long time.7.14如果电池的接线端变脏,在使用之前用干布擦净。Clean the battery with dry cloth before use if the connection of the battery is dirty.8警告Warning

8.1不要把电池放在发热装置,洗衣机或高压容器中。Do not place the battery on heater, washer or high-pressure container.8.2不要把电池加热或投进火中。Do not heat the battery and drop to the fire.8.3如果在规定的充电时间内充电没有结果,停止充电。Stop charging if you get no result during specified time.8.4不要把电池同项链、发夹、硬币或螺丝等金属品一起放在兜中或包中,也不要把电池同上述物品一起储存。Do not lay the battery with the necklace, coins, and other metal items together.8.5在使用、充电或储存期间如发现电池有变热、散发气味、变色、变形或其他反常之处停止使用。Stop using when the battery become heat, emit smell or appear other abnormality during use, charging, or storing.8.6不要在火源附近或温度超过60℃的环境中使用或遗留电池,也不要在这些环境中进行充放电。Do not use battery or leave the used battery in the environment over 60℃,and do not charge and discharge under this kind of environment.8.7当发现电池漏液或散发出难闻的气味时立即远离。Keep away from the battery which is leakage or emit abnormal smell.8.8把电池放在小孩够不到的地方以免引起危险。Keep it away from the children, avoiding being swallowed.10.佛山市力兴电池五金有限公司保留对规格书更改的权利,若对此技术规格书有疑问或意见不一致处,请与本公司联系。
