溺水急救程序 OVERVIEW 总纲 OBJECTIVE 目标 Emergency Procedure of Drowning 溺水急救程序 附件--客人事故报告 POLICY 政策 Emergency Procedure of Drowning 溺水 急救程序 OBJECTIVE 目标 Takeeffective measure to rescue the patients /injured before doctor’s arrival orarriving at hospital.溺水急救预案的目的:在医生到达酒店前或送到医院之前,采取正确的方法及时、有效地救助病人和伤者。

PROCEDURE 程序 及时的联系急救中心是非常重要的.It is vitalto get in touch with the First-Aid Center timely.1.Staff who received the report 接到报告的员工:

Reportto Magic Centerby callingxxx and Magic Center shall inform the hotel Emergent Response Team.报告给总机 xxx,总机通知酒店 ERT 应急响应小组。

Clearlystate the location and the injury condition.讲清自己的位置及伤者伤病情况。

Ifthe injury is serious, call the ambulance first, and then report.如伤病情况严重,可先通知总经理后,叫救护车。

2.GSM 大堂经理:

Goto the site and offer help to guests.赶到现场,给客人提供帮助。

If the injury is serious, inform the GMimmediately.After get the confirmation from GM, notice the CCTV room to contact with First AidCenter.(dial: xxx or xxx)如客人伤病情况严重,应立即通知总经理,总经理授权后,通知中控室报联系急救中心(xxx 或 xxx)。

Getto know about the injury and the whole story, take records.了解伤者和事件情况,并记录。

When the guests want to go to the hospital bythemselves, the GSM should provide the related information about nearbyhospital, such as the name, address, telephone number and etc.The GSM shouldalso help the guests to take taxi.如果客人有意愿自行就医的时候,大堂经理应提供客人相关信息,如:周边医院名称、地址、电话等。帮助客人叫出租车。

Takeas much detail as possible by using the guest accident report form as guide.在客人事故报告上尽可能详细的记录相关情况。

3.ERT 急救人员: TMstrained for first aid should take measures according to real situation.经过急救培训的员工,根据现场情况采取急救措施。

4.Throwthe cork hoop to the drowning person.抛救生圈给溺水者 5.Pullthe drowning person to the edge of the swimming pool with lifesaving stem ifthe drowning person is near to the edge and has consciousness.溺水者距泳池边离近,溺水者有意识状态下,可迅速用救生杆,将溺水者拉到泳池边。

If far fromthe edge with consciousness, the rescuer must enter water to rescue with corkhoop, but the rescuer have to go to the back of the drowning person in case ofbeing stuck.溺水者距泳池边远,溺水者有意识状态下,救护者要带好救生圈,下水救护,但是救生者必须面对溺水者背面,防止溺水者紧抓救生者 6.Afterthe drowner is picked up 救起溺水者后 7.Therescuer get down on one knee.救护者单腿跪地 8.Putthe abdomen of the drowner on the other knee.将溺水者腹部趴在支撑腿 9.Cleanthe mouth and nose to keep breath smooth.清除溺水者口、鼻异物,保持呼吸畅通 10.Clapthe back of the drowner.用手掌拍击溺水者背部 11.Makethe water in the abdomen out.将溺水者腹内的积水控出 12.Artificialrespiration if necessary.根据溺水者状况,如有呼吸抑制,迅速进行人工呼吸 13.CPRif necessary.根据溺水者状况,如有心跳停止,迅速进行心肺复苏 14.Transmitthe drowner with a stretcher.担架运送溺水者

Keepin touch with the Firs-Aid Center in order to get necessary help.与急救中心保持联系,得到他们的帮助。

15.FirstAid Equipment 急救装备:

Hotel equip with stretcher, first aid box,wheel chair andetc.酒店配备急救箱和轮椅、担架装备。

In order to give a hand to our guests, first aidboxes are in the important place of each office and wheel chairs and stretchersare put in the Front Office.急救箱配备于各部门办公室和重要位置,轮椅、担架装备置于前厅部,以便于为客人及时提供帮助。

Onlyfor emergent circumstances.紧急情况下使用这些急救装备。

16.Duty manager should inform MagicCenter if the guest is seriously hurt and Magic Center inform hotel Site CrisisTeam afterwards.如客人伤情严重,值班经理应通知总机,由总机通知酒店危机管理团队。

GSM should contact with guest or the relativesand take time to show genuinecare and concern.Ask if medical assistance is required or has been requested.值班经理应与客人或客人亲属保持联系,对客人表示我们真诚的关爱与关怀,询问客人是否需要相关的医疗救助,或者要求。

17.Security shall make preparation for theambulance arrival, reserve a parking space for the ambulance andopen the side door of lobby.保安部做好急救车到店的准备;预留出车位,打开大堂侧门。

Must keepthe patient’s body position in the right way, do not promote or move thepatient to avoid the situation getting more serious.必须保持病人的正确体位,切勿随便推动或搬运病人,以免病情加重。

Keeprespiratory tract unblocked, pick the secretion out of the tract for thepatient in coma, and put the head on one side for drainage.保持呼吸道畅通,已昏迷的病人,应将呕吐物、分泌物掏取出来或头偏侧向一边顺位引流出来。

Dorecovery work in time if breath or heartbeat ceases.心跳呼吸停止,及时进行心肺复苏术。

Clearlystate the condition of the patient to doctor, and the preliminary action that hadbeen taken so as to keep the aiding coherent and consistent.待救护车到达后,应向急救人员详细地讲述病人的病情、伤情以及发展过程、采取初步急救措施,以保证急救的连续性和完整性。

18.First-aidTraining 急救培训 TheFirst-aid Training by professional first-aid training institutions should bearranged by HR annually.人事培训部每年安排专业急救培训机构对酒店员工进行急救培训。
